These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and j18888 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator"), governing your use of the website accessible at https://j18888.cam and all related services, features, content and functionality offered through that domain (collectively, the "Platform").

You must provide accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration and must update your details promptly if they change. j18888 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where registration information is found to be false, misleading or incomplete.

4.3 KYC Verification

j18888 is required to verify the identity and age of account holders. We may at any time request supporting documentation, including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport);
• Proof of residential address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement);
• A liveness check or selfie alongside the identity document;
• Evidence of the source of funds used for deposits, particularly for larger transactions.

4.4 Account Security

5.1 Permitted Use

5.2 Game Rules

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall apply to that game. 5.3 Sportsbook

6.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by j18888 at the time of the transaction. Available methods are shown in the cashier. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at point of transaction. j18888 does not accept deposits from third parties — funds must originate from an account or payment method registered in the User's own name.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC completion, compliance with these Terms and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. j18888 reserves the right to process withdrawal requests in stages. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Processing times vary by method.

6.3 Currency

Where available, balances and transactions are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Currency conversion may apply depending on the payment method used. Any applicable conversion fees or exchange rate differentials are borne by the User.

6.4 Cryptocurrency

j18888 accepts selected cryptocurrencies including BTC and USDT where available through the cashier. Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to network confirmation times and applicable blockchain fees. The PKR equivalent of any crypto deposit or withdrawal is calculated at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. Cryptocurrency values are volatile and j18888 bears no responsibility for exchange rate movements between deposit and withdrawal.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

7.2 Wagering Requirements

7.4 VIP Programme

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds, as well as legal action where applicable:

10.1 Platform Availability

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party outages and circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. j18888 will not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j18888 excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive or special losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of winnings (other than in cases of operator error), loss of data or reputational damage.

10.3 Gambling Losses

j18888 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by Users. By placing a wager, you acknowledge and accept the inherent financial risk associated with gambling. All bets are placed voluntarily and at your own risk.

10.4 Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate services provided by third-party game providers, payment processors and other vendors. j18888 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from third-party service failures, errors or delays.

13.1 By j18888

j18888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reason to believe that a User has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information or where account activity raises concerns under applicable anti-money laundering requirements. In such cases, j18888 may withhold funds pending investigation.

13.2 By the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting j18888 support. Account closure requests will be processed subject to any outstanding wagering requirements, pending withdrawals or open bets. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure (subject to verification) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination or closure of an account for any reason, all bonus funds, free bet credits and promotional balances are immediately forfeited. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 9, 10 and 14 — shall continue to apply after account closure.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or holds its operating licence, as specified in the applicable licence documentation. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

Where changes are minor or are required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, they may take effect immediately without individual notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
